After 30 years of service in the Honolulu Police Department, our founder, John retired. Following a decade of rest and relaxation, John got antsy. Instead of returning to a full-time job, he decided to open Hawaii Gold Buyers Exchange, Inc. John always enjoyed studying the markets and watching stocks. Over time, he began to realize the value and upward momentum of the valuable metals industry. He opened the business in 2016 and its thrived ever since.
John is a proud Native Hawaiian or Kanaka Maoli entrepreneur. He established Hawaii Gold Buyers Exchange, Inc., in the Ewa Beach/Kapolei area because of the island’s rapid growth and its easy-to-access location. The offices are open Monday – Saturday from 10 am to 3 pm, and John offers appointments outside of normal business hours as well.
